We taste a lot of cask samples, almost every day and decide by a final nosing and tasting, we very carefully select the cask we think deserves to be bottled.
From 2005 we started our Annual Single Cask Release, it was Glenfarclas 1973 official distillery bottling.
Since then we have created a few new ranges to our portfolio, working with many companies to find the best sample we can come across which we are proud to bottle and have our name on the label, whether this is a collaboration bottling our one we have selected exclusively for The Highlander Inn.
Following the Annual Single Cask Release we produced the beautifully labelled Maggie’s Collection then the range of blended whisky or grain Oishii Wisukii and introducing our Collaboration Bottlings.
