All our food is freshly prepared in our kitchen by using locally sourced ingredients.

Our Chef, Don Saxton has put together a tasty winter menu - the "Bistro Menu" - for lunch & dinner, incorporating our most popular dishes historically (albeit with a modern twist),and some exciting new items.

We normally operate a "1st come, 1st served" policy in the Whisky Bar, so just come along. However large parties and residents are able to book table if they so desire. At prime times on busy evenings you may have to wait a few minutes before being able to get a table, but please be patient, it will be worth it!

After dinner coffees, including Cappucinos & Latte Macchiatos, perhaps accompanied by a digestif malt whisky, are also available.

Valentine's Day

Spoil that special someone in your life with a romantic meal for two. Our kitchen has put together a sumptuous menu, consiting of three courses and a glass of Prosecco for only £24.95.

If you would like to stay with us for the night, we are offering a one-off deal of £100 for the above meal and a stay in one of our rooms.

Food service times

Lunches are served between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm and Dinners from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm.


A full cooked breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room between 08:00 and 09:00 (09:00 and 10:00 on Sundays).
