Accommodation ~ main building

There are 5 bedrooms in the main building ~ all en-suite ~ with a choice of double (1 large bed) and twin (2 single beds) bedrooms which are also available for single occupancy.

We don't use an ‘online booking service‘ as we believe it far more personal and friendly for our guests to be able to email or telephone us and discuss their individual requirements before committing. As we are extremely busy most of the year, booking in advance is strongly recommended.

Our continuous refurbishment programme has resulted in the total renovation of the en-suite facilities to provide a 'wet room' with plumbed in power showers (as opposed to those ubiquitous electric showers!) and non slip flooring.

The bedrooms themselves have been rewired and redecorated and have new beds and bed linen, curtains and bedspreads.

The rooms are well laid out and relaxing, and have:-

Additional Guest Facilities

Satelite Navigation. We offer, as an additional facility for our guests, the use of a plug-in "Tomtom" satelite navigation device to make travelling around the area, visiting distilleries, local attractions, etc that much easier. There is only one available so it does need to be requested a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This is free to hotel guests.

Cycle Hire. A men's Hybrid bike, purchased in June 2010, is available to borrow, with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice. Again this is free to hotel guests, so please look after it, and yourself. It is borrowed at your own risk. There may also be a ladies mountain bike available on the same basis - please just ask.
